The fellas visited the basement theater of The Guggenheim Museum to view Zidane, a 21st century portrait (2006) by Douglas Gordon and Philippe Parreno. A two-channel video with sound presented as a diptych, the artwork turns all viewers into fans of Zidane. Because of its cinematic use of close-ups, panning, and jump-cutting, as well as ambient sound of the crowd which makes it feel like we’re at the match; the artwork doesn’t require viewers to be familiar with fútbol.
Make sure to see it soon because it’s not on for long
